Coach Bong continued the discussion on "Understanding-Communication-to-Customers" and show a couple of slides illustrating how some of the marketing companies illustrated their advantages by showing that they can see trends on world events.
Then he facilitated the discussion on the qualitative Research, then continued and concluded the discussion.
